Eleanor Laws QC joins QEB Hollis Whiteman

We are delighted to announce that Eleanor Laws QC has joined QEB Hollis Whiteman.  Eleanor is an outstanding criminal practitioner who prosecutes and defends in the most prominent and demanding cases, notably those involving serious sexual violence and child abuse.

She is at the forefront of training the bar and outside agencies on the treatment of vulnerable and child witnesses, having acquired exceptional experience in this area through acting in high-profile and sensitive cases such as the Oxford sex trafficking trials.

Eleanor is currently lead counsel instructed to review and prosecute all cases arising out of Operation Pallial, investigating allegations of child sex abuse in North Wales children’s homes. This is the largest investigation into child abuse in the UK to date.
