QEB Hollis Whiteman has a history of representation at Courts Martial going back many years, both prosecuting and defending in the UK and abroad. Most recently, we prosecuted in the case of R v Cpl Payne, a landmark case in a number of ways:

• Featured the prosecution of the commanding officer of a battle group.
