Several of our barristers are regarded as leading experts in the field of intellectual property crime. We are instructed in the majority of leading criminal trademark and copyright cases. As part of our commitment to excellence in this area of practice, we have established a specialist team of barristers working in the area of intellectual property - the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
