Elmaghraby and El Gazaerly v Council (2011)

Ahmed Elmaghraby, former Egyptian minister of housing, utilities and urban development, and his wife, Naglaa El-Gazaerly, have launched a challenge against the EU-wide freezing of their assets before the General Court of the European Union.  Robin Lööf is junior counsel for Mr Elmaghraby and Mrs El Gazaerly, led by Lord Pannick QC.
