A high-profile corporate fraud, one of the most complex of its kind. It was a landmark case in which all 12 defendants were senior officers in Nat West Bank.

Former Head of Chambers, Vivian Robinson QC, represented one of the main defendants.

David Evans QC led Peter Finnigan in the defence of UBS (Phillips and Drew), who were acquitted.

John Hilton QC represented the County NatWest Compliance officer, who was acquitted.
