Manu Tuilagi banned (2011)

Philip Evans sat as a panel member for the case of Manu Tuilagi which was heard in front of the RFU.

The 20 year old was initially banned for 10 weeks but his suspension was reduced in light of a push from Ashton, (the other player involved.)
