Stem-Cell Doctor Struck Off (2010)Tom Kark instructed by the General Medical Council. Following allegations that a Dutch-trained Doctor offered stem cell treatment to multiple sclerosis sufferers the GMC found " the doctor had breached good medical practice by "exploiting vulnerable patients" and his actions had caused lasting harm.
