QEB Hollis Whiteman have an experienced team who offer representation at all levels of seniority and advice all stages of the inquest process. Early, and skilled, involvement ensures that legal issues such as disclosure, representation, contact with the Coroner, expert evidence and legal arguments are all dealt with in a timely fashion, all of which may have a significant impact on the course and outcome of inquest proceedings.
