Other work has included R v Nimani – the prosecution of a car wash owner for gross negligence manslaughter following the death of an employee by electrocution; the largest ever theft from a shop (R v Stankovic – the 2016 Boodles diamond theft, value at least £4 million); R v Bonehill-Paine – the prosecution of a man accused of the racially-aggravated harassment of Luciana Berger MP; R v Sanzone – the prosecution of a father accused of murdering his baby son, and associated child cruelty charges.

Faye has also assisted other members of chambers in a variety of cases including the successful defence of clients charged with money laundering, and murder. Faye has also conducted research into regulatory matters including HSE and GDC procedures.

Faye accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work on behalf of prosecution and defence.

Prior to joining Chambers, Faye worked as a paralegal at top-tier criminal defence firm Hickman and Rose, where she predominantly worked on a case involving criminal and MHRA investigations into a pharmaceutical company.
