RDC direct FCA to discontinue insider dealing case

Jason Mansell and Susannah Stevens acted for a bank employee who, on multiple occasions, was alleged by the FCA to have deliberately passed price sensitive information as a result of which profitable trades took place.

Following a contested hearing before the RDC the FCA was ordered to discontinue all proceedings .

As no action has been taken, many of the details remain confidential, although the link below refers to the Warning Notice Statement initially issued by the FCA. The proceedings were discontinued by the FCA (by order of the RDC) on 19 December 2017.

Jason and Susannah were instructed by Caroline Day of Kingsley Napley Solicitors.
