Mark Aldred acted for Detective Inspector David Kehoe who was accused of abusing his powers in ordering the arrest of a 'legal observer' at an anti-fracking demonstration.

At the conclusion of the week long hearing the independent panel found that the Inspector's actions did not amount to misconduct.
