BHA v Anthony Knott (appeal against ban) (2016)

Philip Evans QC and Tim Naylor appeared on behalf of the British Horse-Racing Authority.

QEB Hollis Whiteman barristers Phil Evans QC and Tim Naylor appeared on behalf of the British Horse-racing Authority opposing the appeal by well-known racehorse owner Anthony Knott who was disqualified from racing for 3 years last December for passing information.

Knott’s appeal against the verdict and penalty were dismissed.
