GDC v CCG

Natasha was instructed by the General Dental Council to consider evidence obtained during the Council’s investigation into Finest Dental Group, a company which had gone into liquidation leaving hundreds of patients who had paid up front for private dental treatment in the lurch. Natasha was instructed to advise as to whether there was sufficient evidence to prosecute another national company who had taken over some of Finest Dental’s patients, to have failed those patients, and appeared to have some connections with the liquidated company.

Natasha was instructed by Andrew Richardson of the General Dental Council.
