Fiona Onasanya, MP for Peterborough, has been charged with perverting the course of justice. 

She has been accused of lying to police after she was allegedly caught speeding on camera last year and claimed that someone else had been driving the vehicle. 
 
Ms Onasanya is jointly charged with her brother, Festus Onasanya. 
 
Jocelyn is instructed in this matter by Donna Rayner and Russell Nobbs of the CPS’ specialist crime division.
