Chambers has three members directly involved in what has been called the most high-profile trial of insider dealing prosecuted by the FCA to date. The trial, R v Hind and others, which followed an eight year investigation Operation Tabernula, is being prosecuted by Mark Ellison QC with fellow member of chambers Tom Broomfield in the role of disclosure junior.

William Boyce QC is instructed by solicitors Corker Binning in the defence of Andrew Hind, one of five defendants and other members of chambers have provided advice to other parties during the investigation and trial.
