Kerry Broome was instructed as disclosure junior in the SFO prosecution of the management team of a healthcare services company which provided support for children and young people with autism.
The management team fraudulently obtained over £1.2 million, much of which was from local authorities' social services budgets. The main defendant was extradited from Canada.
