Adam King was led by Philip Bennetts QC (formerly of QEB, now of CPS) in a Three-handed murder prosecution.
Three young males aged 19,19 & 20 have been charged with he murder of a homeless young man aged 21, the victim had suffered trauma to the head after being hit with a meat cleaver. Complex issues of secondary liability of one unfit defendant, the other two defendants were found guilty of the brutal murder.
