Sean Larkin QC speaks at Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law seminar

This panel event, hosted by White & Case at their London offices, was titled The Rule of Law Will Out: Bribery, Corruption and Arbitration. 

The panel considered how corporate social responsibility, proper governance and ethical business have affected arbitration proceedings involving allegations of bribery and corruption. 

Alongside Sean, the other panelists were Clare Connellan and Joanna Dimmock of White & Case, One Essex Court's Christopher Style QC and Klara Skrivankova of Anti-Slavery International.
