QEB Hollis Whiteman member Philip Evans today had the rank of Queen’s Counsel formally bestowed upon him by Lord Chancellor, Michael Gove QC, in the traditional ceremony at Westminster Hall. Philip’s promotion brings the number of Silks at QEB Hollis Whiteman to seventeen.
