Julian Evans is sworn in as Queen's Counsel today

We are delighted for Julian Evans who is being formally sworn in at a ceremony at Westminster Hall before the Lord Chancellor today.

Julian practises in all of Chambers' disciplines and is particularly noted for his work in complex and high profile crime, prosecuting and defending a wide spectrum of offences including murder, gross negligence manslaughter, terrorism and fraud. He regularly appears in the Court of Appeal in appeals against conviction and sentence, and in applications on behalf of the Attorney General. He was appointed Junior Treasury Counsel at the Central Criminal Court in 2009, he was appointed First Junior Treasury Counsel in 2015 and he was appointed Senior Treasury Counsel in 2017.

Congratulations to all who joined Julian at the ceremony today.  We are looking forward to the celebrations to come.
