Selva Ramasamy QC and Tom Coke-Smyth spoke on the topic of disciplinary proceedings at Army Legal Services Annual Professional Training Conference at the Defence Academy, Shrivenham.
Mainly analysing the similarities and differences between the military and healthcare disciplinary procedures. The conference was attended by the officers of the ALS and the heads of the military legal organisations of the United Kingdom's allies, including the USA.
