  • - Assisting with newsletters, brochures, directory and awards submissions.
  • - Coordinating events and engagement activity.
  • - Maintaining marketing databases and internal systems.
  • - Liaising with external designers, PR consultants and suppliers.

Who This May Suit

We welcome applications from candidates at different career stages, including early-career applicants with strong organisational skills and experienced professionals or returners seeking a varied, sustainable role. Responsibilities will be shared and shaped around individual strengths and experience.

Skills & Attributes

  • - Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • - Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • - Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • - Confidence using digital tools and platforms.
  • - Interest in EDI, outreach or public-facing work.

Legal or professional services experience is helpful but not essential.

Working Arrangements

  • - Part-time and full-time roles, and flexible working considered.
  • - Competitive salary depending on experience and scope.
  • - Opportunity to help shape and develop this function over time.
