A breakfast seminar with the Director of Enforcement & Market Oversight at the FCA: Mark Steward.
Mark Steward is the Director of Enforcement and Market Oversight, and a member of the Executive Committee at the FCA. He has kindly agreed to give his insight into the FCA's approach to the balancing of regulatory and criminal enforcement activity, particularly in light of recent reporting and comment in the press. He will also consider the approach taken when other prosecuting agencies have an interest in certain areas of an FCA investigation and subsequent prosecution.
