Breakfast Seminar: Privilege and the Evolution of the Deferred Prosecution Agreement

On the 26th July QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers will be hosting a breakfast seminar to explore the evolution of legal professional privilege in the context of DPA agreements.

We are delighted to be joined by Lord Garnier QC, who during his tenure as Solicitor General introduced the DPA scheme and subsequently appeared for the SFO in both Standard Bank and Rolls Royce.

Lord Garnier will be joined by Crispin Aylett QC (Standard Bank), Paul Raudnitz (XYZ) and Tom Doble (Tesco), forming a panel with unrivalled experience of the DPA scheme.

Registration will be at 8am, for an 8:15am start.
