David Jeremy of QEB Hollis Whiteman appears on behalf of Benjamin Field in proceedings before the Court of Appeal. The proceedings follow a review of Field’s conviction for the murder of Peter Farquhar.
Field was originally convicted of the murder of Mr Farquhar in August 2019, following a trial at Oxford Crown Court. His appeal against conviction was heard on 28 January 2021.
