Pupil at QEB Hollis Whiteman, Nora Nanayakkara, has contributed an article to the September 2025 issue of Counsel Magazine entitled “Pupillage Special: Feel the Fear and Advocate Anyway”.
In the piece, Nora reflects on her experiences during pupillage at QEB Hollis Whiteman and offers practical guidance to those beginning their advocacy journey. Drawing on her own transition from training to practice, she highlights the importance of collaboration between co-pupils, patience in developing skills, learning through observation and maintaining individuality as an advocate.
