Adam King this week represented a Doctor charged with Fraud by False Representation after allegedly self-prescribing controlled drugs in breach of his Conditions of Practice. The Crown’s case was that the prescriptions presented were, for various reasons, invalid.  After a tightly argued submission of no-case-to-answer, Not Guilty verdicts were entered.
