Clyde & Co’s annual general counsel forum took place today in the Merchant Taylors’ Hall, Threadneedle Street, London.

Alexandra was a part of the panel, chaired by Clyde & Co’s Charles Kuhn, discussing “Knock on the door: dealing with regulatory and criminal investigations.”

The other panel members were Donald Bradley, of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Fergal Cathie, of Clyde & Co.
