Adrian Darbishire QC defended Dr J, a Consultant Paediatrician charged with three counts of sexual assault on a teenage patient.  The assaults were said to have occurred under the guise of clinical examinations.  The doctor was acquitted after a trial lasting four days at Hove Crown Court.  Dr J was the sixth doctor accused of the sexual assault of a patient that Adrian has defended in the Crown Court in the past two years, all successfully.
