Polly Dyer acts for FCA to secure Operation Cotton confiscation orders

Polly Dyer acted as junior counsel for the FCA in the confiscation hearings against the last two defendants convicted as a result of Operation Cotton one of the FCA's largest investigations. Confiscation orders have now been made against all of the eight defendants, totalling approx. £2.2m.  

The proceedings involved numerous hearings, and lengthy and complex written and oral submissions.
