QEB Hollis Whiteman QC Tom Kark led Kenneth Hamer in the Supreme Court representing the General Pharmaceutical Council in their appeal against a decision of the Inner House of Sessions in Scotland on a matter of significance across the Regulatory field. The appeal was won with judgment reserved.
