Nick Corsellis was the only junior to be instructed as Leading Counsel for the central defendant, Mamunoor Rahman in a murder trial where all co-defendants and the Crown were represented by QC’s and juniors.  The case was a multi handed trial involving complex joint enterprise arguments and the defence of loss of control.
