British Horseracing Authority announces date for McGrath corruption hearing - Phil Evans and Tim Naylor to represent BHA

The BHA have announced that the hearing of charges of breaching betting rules against jockey Richie McGrath, former trainer Kate Walton and five others has been provisionally fixed for 11 November.

Phil Evans and Tim Naylor of QEB Hollis Whiteman, who regularly advise and represent the BHA, will present the case against those accused of these serious charges which, if found proven, could result in the imposition of long bans.
