Mark Aldred represents a Police Pursuit Officer at the Inquest into the death of a Driver

Mark Aldred represents an officer at the inquest into the death of a man who was killed during a police car pursuit. 

Luke Campbell died after crashing into a CCTV camera pole and another vehicle.  Mark Aldred was instructed by Nick Terry of Burton Copeland to represent PC Simon Folwell,  Mark Aldred had also represented the officer at police misconduct proceedings where the tribunal found there was no case to answer.
