Anne Whyte QC, Rebecca Harris & Orla Daly discuss the scandal of widespread sexual abuse in schools in The Times yesterday

Members of QEB Hollis Whiteman Chambers write for The Times to consider the fallout from Everyone's Invited and to recommend that schools implement a code of conduct to tackle the issues and provide safe and independent mechanisms for reporting concerns and complaints of this nature, in the future.

The widespread abuse described on the website Everyone’s Invited undoubtedly signifies a need for schools and government to educate pupils and students in the definition and potential effects of such incidents.  Anne Whyte QC, Rebecca Harris and Orla Daly co-authored a piece for The Times to consider the issues thrown up by the website and to make proposals for schools to put in place a code of conduct.
