Anne was called to the Bar in 1993, took silk in 2010 and sits as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Queen’s Bench Division and in the Crown Court.

Anne has extensive experience of complex criminal trials and appeals, has lengthy experience of defending, including health and safety prosecutions, and is well regarded for her police law practice which covers inquiries, inquests, judicial reviews and human rights issues.
