Tom Kark QC is speaking today at Central Law Training's annual conference on the Regulation of Healthcare Professionals.

Tom will be providing practitioners with an update on sanctions, developments in case law and trends in appeals. In 2016 Tom acted for the GMC against Dr Waney Squier and appeared in the Supreme Court in Khan v GPhC.
