William Boyce QC and Fraser Coxhill represent family at Inquest into the death of a soilder in Iraq

William Boyce QC and Fraser Coxhill represented the family of Lance Corporal David Wilson who died in 2008 as a result of a single gunshot wound to the head while on a military base in Iraq.

Following the three-day Inquest, the Coroner found that there was no evidence, even on a balance of probabilities that LCpl Wilson intended to take his own life. The Coroner returned an open verdict.
