Tom Kark KC of QEB Hollis Whiteman will be joining a panel of experts at the NHS North West Leadership Festival, taking place on Tuesday 7 October 2025 at the Totally Wicked Stadium in St Helens.

Hosted by the NHS North West Leadership Academy, the Festival brings together leaders from across the region to explore the future of compassionate and effective leadership within the health service. The event features a morning leadership panel with Q&A, followed by workshops on organisational design and systems thinking – and a keynote on compassionate leadership and culture.

Tom joins senior NHS figures and leadership specialists to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare leadership today. His extensive experience in public inquiries and healthcare governance, including the Fit and Proper Person Test, will contribute valuable insight to the panel discussion.
