R v B and B (2017)

Arabella MacDonald is representing the first defendant, facing 14 counts of fraud by false representation (opening bank accounts and taking out loans in other people’s names).

Following a guilty plea, Mr B’s sentence was deferred and his sentence was eventually reduced to a community order .
