Nadesh secures suspended sentence for employee that defrauded law firm of over £150,000.
The Defendant was the office and IT support manager in an international, band 1 law firm. He pleaded guilty to defrauding the company of over £150,000 by stealing equipment over a number of years.
Nadesh was able to persuade the Judge to impose a suspended sentence, in particular relying on the delay in the case being brought to Court.
