Linda Strudwick and Tim Naylor acted for the CPS in the prosecution of Yvonne Doyle, who took over the identity of two deceased people, and claimed over £350,000 over two decades.
Doyle was convicted and sentenced to 7 years imprisonment at Reading Crown Court and a confiscation order was made for £247,842.81 with an available amount of £107,584.10. The case was the subject of a BBC documentary.
