Kerry Broome defended John Knight, the CEO of a now-defunct multi-million pound printing company, on charges of cheating the public revenue of in excess of £2 million. There was a significant and complex LPP dimension which arose out of the internal investigation conducted by Mr Knight’s former lawyers.
