R v V and K (2018)

Nadesh, led by Jennifer Knight and Philip Bennetts QC, successfully prosecuted V and K who were convicted of murder and s.18, respectively.

The case took place over four weeks at Canterbury Crown Court and was described by the Crown’s pathologist as “the most difficult case” he had ever seen.
