Philip Evans successfully prosecuted Sam Dunne, who was found guilty of hoax calls.
Mr Dunne had called the family of Gemma McCluskie using the number supplied on missing person leaflets in March last year whilst the police were searching for her.
Sam Dunne was jailed for 6 months.
