Paul Wakerley successfully represented the General Medical Council at a 3 week Gross Misconduct hearing following allegations of clinical misconduct, adverse health and other behavioural issues.
Paul resisted two voluntary erasures applications and subsequently demonstrated current impairment leading to a sanction of erasure with immediate suspension.
