Inquest into the death of Mark Timothy (2021)

Nadesh represented the care home at which Mr Timothy resided at the time of his death.

The Inquest focused on the actions of one of the care home employees, who left Mr Timothy alone in the residence and did not perform CPR upon finding Mr Timothy hanging by a ligature around his neck, and potentially having delayed in calling the police. Although the Inquest was conducted in compliance with Article 2, Nadesh persuaded the Coroner that Article 2 was not engaged. After submissions, no finding of neglect was made, nor a prevention of future deaths report issued.
