R v S (2016)

Paul Raudnitz defended S, an Afghan asylum seeker, on charges of substantial seriousness and sensitivity: a four-handed conspiracy to rape/have sex with three underage teenagers.

The complex evidence included 1000+ pages of interviews from four vulnerable witnesses detailing a complicated narrative of alleged grooming and sexual exploitation. Following detailed cross-examination of the complainant witnesses, S was found not guilty.
