Philip Evans and Tim Naylor assisted a British athlete in relation to her appeal to the UK Athletics appeal panel.
The athlete has been overlooked for selection to compete in the London Olympic Games 2012. The appeal involved several legal points relating to both domestic regulations and the rules of the international governing body, the IAAF.
