Defne joined Chambers in June 2026 as the EDI & Outreach Officer.
Defne supports Chambers’ equality, diversity and outreach work alongside its pupillage and recruitment activity. She brings an extensive background in human resources, having held corporate HR roles at DuPont Sabanca and General Electric, and has also worked in the education sector.
She holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics. Outside Chambers, she enjoys yoga and Pilates and is a keen language learner.
